We only use traditional tandoors which have a clay pot and are fired by charcoal. They give our naans and meat their authentic flavour and is why our curries and biryanis are so popular. We don’t add MSG or sugar to our meals and don’t add any thickeners to our sauces.
Our menu has many gluten free options and if you have specific dietary requirements, we are more than happy to work with them because all our dishes are made fresh to order. We also have dairy free on request, as well as vegan and keto options.
