"Curry" is a word invented by the British. In fact several hundred years before the Raj adopted Indian cuisine, curry was already starting to be a "thing" with the Brits. While it's an anglicised version of the Tamil word khari, curry has become the all-in-one word for a spicy stew across a number of cultures.

In August 2008 Grant went on a journey to become comfortable being uncomfortable by facing 30 fears in 30 days and to raise the profile of the Discovery for Teens programme. Little India Bistro & Tandoor donated $1000 to Discovery for Teens as well as offering fear no. 9 - 'Eat the Hottest Curry'
